Do I need CharityGlow Free installed first before I install Pro?
Yes. CharityGlow Pro is an add-on plugin, not a standalone plugin. Install and activate the FREE plugin first from WordPress Plugins → Add New → search "CharityGlow", then upload and activate the Pro add-on zip from your purchase receipt. All your free plugin data carries over automatically. This core-free-plus-premium-addon model is the WordPress standard.
What happens after my 1-year license expires? Will my site break?
No. Absolutely nothing breaks on your website. After the 12-month term ends: 1) All campaigns, forms, donors, PDF receipts, recurring subscriptions and Pro features you have already configured CONTINUE to work 100% exactly as before. 2) The only things you lose are access to new feature updates and access to Pro support email. 98% of our customers simply renew — the updates & support alone are easily worth the price. But there is zero "ransomware" lock-in.
Can I upgrade from Single-Site to 5-Site or Agency later?
Yes, at any time from your account dashboard. You only pay the prorated difference between the two plans for the remainder of your subscription term. Your existing license keys are simply upgraded automatically.
What payment methods do you accept for Pro purchases?
All purchases are processed via Stripe and/or PayPal, whichever you prefer at checkout.
