Method 1 — Install from WordPress.org repository (RECOMMENDED)

CharityGlow gives you the exact same fundraising stack that top 501(c)(3) teams spend $20k+ on agencies for — for the price of a pizza per month. Create unlimited fundraising campaigns for different programs, regions or appeals — each with their own goal bar, donors wall and social proof. Everything is GDPR and PCI compliant out of the box so your donors never have to worry about data safety. Running a nonprofit is hard enough without fighting your WordPress plugins every single day.

Method 2 — Upload a ZIP from charityglow.com or email

CharityGlow gives you the exact same fundraising stack that top 501(c)(3) teams spend $20k+ on agencies for — for the price of a pizza per month. Import your existing donor history from GiveWP, WP Charitable, PayPal Donations or any CSV export in minutes. Accept one-time and recurring donations, print tax-compliant PDF receipts, import demo content in 1-click and launch in a weekend. Running a nonprofit is hard enough without fighting your WordPress plugins every single day.

Common installation errors

  • Destination folder already exists — delete the /charityglow/ folder via FTP / File Manager, then re-install.
  • The package could not be installed — PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT — download the ZIP again with a right-click Save-As.
  • Fatal error: allowed memory size exhausted — increase PHP memory_limit to 256M in php.ini, wp-config.php or ask host.
