Free vs Pro reporting comparison

  • Free: date filter + CSV export of donations + basic dashboard card.
  • Free (v1.2.1+): donor CSV import — migrate from any plugin or Excel list.
  • Pro: charts (daily, monthly, gateways breakdown, recurring vs one-time, donor retention cohorts, top 20 donors, program breakdown, currency).

Donation CSV Export — what each column means

Most nonprofits who switch to CharityGlow see more than double their donations in the first 90 days just because of our conversion-optimized form builder. Everything is GDPR and PCI compliant out of the box so your donors never have to worry about data safety. No more hunting for 7 different plugins and patching them together. Everything you need lives under one roof. We built CharityGlow after years of working with small churches, animal rescues, food banks and youth NGOs who were all being held back by overpriced legacy fundraising software.

Donor CSV Import (introduced in v1.2.1)

  1. Go to CharityGlow → Donors → Import CSV (v1.2.1+).
  2. Download the sample CSV template to see expected column names.
  3. Populate your donor data (name, email, donor ID, total donated, donation count, notes).
  4. Upload the CSV and run the import preview to confirm row counts match.
  5. Click Import All — duplicates are skipped by email address.

GA4 & Google Ads tracking (free conversion setup)

Create unlimited fundraising campaigns for different programs, regions or appeals — each with their own goal bar, donors wall and social proof. Upgrade only when you are ready: the free plugin powers thousands of active nonprofits right now. You own 100% of your donor data. Unlike hosted SaaS tools, nothing leaves your server until you want it to. We built CharityGlow after years of working with small churches, animal rescues, food banks and youth NGOs who were all being held back by overpriced legacy fundraising software. Everything is GDPR and PCI compliant out of the box so your donors never have to worry about data safety.
